Please see our service area on the map above. Our most frequented locations are Montecito, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. You're more likely to get on the schedule if there is already an instructor in your area. If you live outside the service area, you can still be considered based on availability. A $25 fee is added onto each day of lessons.
Lessons are charged via monthly auto pay with an 8 week commitment minimum. A 14 day written notice is required to terminate billing.
Tuition reserves the student's dedicated weekly time slot with their instructor. You are responsible for payment whether the student attends class or not. Because that time is held just for you, missed lessons due to illness, travel, or schedule conflicts aren’t credited.
Instructors reserve the right to cancel for illness or other necessary circumstances, in which case a substitute may fill in. If the lesson is cancelled on our end, the lesson will be credited. Lessons take place rain or shine. For residential concierge lessons, lightning will result in a lesson credit.
If the lesson falls on Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day the lesson will not be charged. If your family observes a religious holiday not listed, please reach out to request approval.
Parents are not in the water with their children unless it is a Water Babies class.
